Your Future Role

You will be responsible for identifying potential new enterprise-level clients, building your own prospect list, establishing business relationships, and proactively growing our business with these clients.

Based on the nature of the client, the sales cycle can be a bit longer therefore persistence is a must. Your success is measured by meeting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

Job Impact

The Sales Director role has a direct impact on revenue and margin growth for Archenia. The Sales Director is responsible for growing our network of clients and company revenue.

Team

As brand ambassadors and client-facing advocates for Archenia, our business development team actively engages new prospects to showcase our unique strengths and encourage them to choose us.

They also collaborate with existing clients, focusing on quality, delivery, and growth. The team works closely with our account management and product teams daily to maximize the potential of each relationship and ensure alignment with the goals and objectives of our customers' campaigns.

Outline of Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and cultivate strategic relationships with new clients, serving as a primary point of contact for Archenia.

Proactively and strategically explore meaningful ways to attract new business relationships.

Maintain a strong lead list of new prospects to exceed targets

Engage in customer outreach calls and emails to secure new business.

Complete strategic sales presentations and product demonstrations across all levels, from staff to C-suite executives.

Produce and manage accurate forecasts.

Deeply understand the business landscape and what makes Archenia uniquely different.

Work with the Account Management team to advocate for customer success that meets and exceeds their business objectives while identifying and executing on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Act as the customers internal constituent within Archenia and message their needs and priorities to the product team and business management.

Lead client and partner meetings with day-to-day contacts and senior decision makers as appropriate.

Become a trusted advisor for your clients and teammates; own the client relationship.

Provide regular insights and analysis to the Archenia leadership team.

Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.

The Ideal Candidate for this Role Will Have

Strong entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated capability in strategic networking, planning, execution, and ownership and thrives independently in a start-up environment.

2-4 years of proven sales development experience, including prospecting, outreach, and results.

Proven track record of success managing accounts and making decisions independently with limited supervision.

Proficiency in managing large amounts of data; ability to use data to make forward thinking suggestions and analyze trends.

Experience in pay for performance digital marketing specific to the call space.

Must have in-person presentation and meeting management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong relationship management skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Experience successfully working as a team across multiple departments within an organization or independently.

Bachelors degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience in a customer centric role.

Working Conditions

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting and / or work from home. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day.

Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events. A hybrid of in-office and remote work is expected.

The on-target earnings (OTE) (base + commissions) for this position is $90K to $250K USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
