Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team full-time.
This role involves working weekend shifts to support and care for our clients. The schedule includes one weekend shift from 8 : 30 AM to 10 : 30 PM and other shifts from 4 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM.
Weekend Shift Schedule :
- Saturday :
- 8 : 30 AM - 10 : 30 PM (14 hours)
- Sunday :
- 8 : 30 AM - 10 : 30 PM (14 hours)
- Every other weekend ( Sat , Sun )
- 4 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM (12 hours)
Pay Rate : $16-$18 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and support in social and recreational activities.
- Help clients achieve their personal goals and promote independence.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly clients.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
