We are seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our team in Ashland, MA.
This is a 100% in office role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop financial models and perform variance analysis to improve business decisions.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and develop financial highlights to articulate progress against objectives.
- Develop and manage global sales incentive plan.
- Partner with business leadership to develop short- and long-range forecasts.
- Lead the preparation of compelling month end financial reporting packages.
- Identify trends and insightful analysis of financial results.
- Report on key performance indicators, including developing dashboards to support efficient and effective monitoring.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain and other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Work closely with functional leaders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support.
- Play a critical role in optimizing the use of business intelligence tools companywide.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function as well as eliminate non-value-added work.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience with manufacturing ERP (JDE preferred), financial planning software and business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Highly adaptable to shifting priorities and delivering high quality work under tight deadlines.
