Spring Internships : Monday, January 6, 2025 (15-20 / hours per week max)Summer Internships : Monday, May 19, 2025 ( 40 / hours per week max)The Intern - Creative Marketing contributes to a variety of creative and multimedia projects and initiatives.

What You'll DoCreative Marketing Interns may perform any of the following activities depending upon which team(s) they may support : Creative ProductionWork with stakeholders to determine project needs and specificationsUse a variety of videography, photography, and production software, equipment, and techniques to produce high- quality content which visually and expertly represents products or conceptsProvide the setup, recording and editing of audio communications to ensure professional quality of stand-alone or merged piecesEdit segments of motion video production footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color for the post- production processConsult with stakeholders from pre-production through production and post-production processesAssists with the production of live events such as podcasts, webinars, all-company meetings, and off-site eventsHelps with maintaining and monitoring of equipment and systems utilized for presentations and conferencingContinuously investigate and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiencyGraphic DesignDesigns and develops various forms of media for use in print or digital formatExecutes projects, for both online and print products, that reflect Workiva brands and its creative components (ie : web design, marketing banners)Works with Creative Services on video and photo projects;

assisting with photography, shoot set-up or other support as neededWorks with other members of the Corporate Marketing team and provides creative input on projectsCreates, defines and maintains Workiva brand style guidelines and iconographyMaintains a library of approved iconography and style guidelinesRefines media products and presentations to provide uniform identity for all materialsWhat You'll NeedMinimum QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Management Information Systems or related programPreferred QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvementThe ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment is necessaryExceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlinesA portfolio or examples of your work you can showcase to our teamIf Creative Production focused : Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.

g. Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut X, or iMovie)If Graphic Design focused : Experience with technical platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is preferredTravel Requirements and Working ConditionsReliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva officeMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the futureHow You’ll Be RewardedSalary range in the US : $22.
