Tax Manager

Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals across various industries.
- Oversee the review of client work, ensuring accuracy and quality, while guiding staff members in their tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, collaborating with other departments to innovate and strategize for the firm's future.
- Provide expert advice on financial and tax matters, including tax planning and preparation of complex tax returns.
- Review work prepared by staff, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to foster their development.

- Deliver high-quality, accurate work while building strong, communicative relationships with clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
Salary and Benefits :
- Competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000, with opportunities for promotion.
