Job Description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing for a local contract job in High Point, North Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

🕒 Shift : 06 : 45 : 00 - 15 : 15 : 00

📅 Schedule : Monday–Friday rotation

📆 Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend rotation

📍 Location : LOCAL ONLY - REQUIRED

⏳ Guaranteed Hours : 0

Requirements : ✅ CURRENT RESUME

MUST Include :

  • Facility Name
  • Month & year for each facility
  • Charting systems used (ex. : EPIC, PCC, etc.)
  • Duties at each facility 🩺

    • ✅ REFERENCE

  • 1 Supervisor Reference (from last year) : Include name, facility, and year
  • 2 Colleagues Reference (from last year) : Include name, facility, year
