Project Manager - High-end Residential Construction
gpac is partnered with a leading residential construction company that specializes in high-end production homebuilding, creating luxurious homes valued at $2-$4 million.
We seek an experienced Project Manager to join their team and uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Manage construction and purchasing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and employees.
- Utilize extensive product knowledge for material selection.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and perform quality control inspections.
- Collaborate with clients to meet their expectations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
- Proven track record managing $1-$5 million residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Experienced with procurement and working in the field.
- Excellent negotiating and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software.
