JOB DESCRIPTION
Product & FragranceDevelopment :
Partner with manager on thedevelopment of product and fragrances; help brainstorm new ideas
Ownership over low complexityprograms including timeline management and execution with vendors
Owns communication on programswith fragrance houses and contract manufacturers
Distribute samples to team and brand forevaluation
Manage organize andmaintain the product closets and libraries
Responsible for following up with vendors
Manage the execution and processing ofsystems workflow
Assist and supportsetup for evaluation meetings and presentations
Provide sampling support for consumer testing
Join teams to support onsitedevelopment (i.e contract fillers fragrance houses)
Track base & fragrance submissions;participate with team in submission evaluation
Learn fundamentals of product and fragrancedevelopment
Research market trendsfor fragrance and pattern for innovative forms
Category & Market Expertise (Including : Internal External Libraries Other)
Dataentry and maintenance of competitive information inclusive ofdatabases library and reporting
Purchase competitive products as directed
Develop exposure and awareness to brand andrelevant competitive store environments
DataManagement / Reporting
Update reports andsystems accurately
Gainexposure to the fragrance house and vendor brief process
Begin to build understanding ofendtoend work flow process and development milestones
Cross Functional Support / Relationship Building
Build cross functional relationships withinternal peers both across Mast Global and with the brand
Initiate and maintain professionalrelationships with external vendors
TalentManagement / Development
Identify continuouslearning opportunities for own development
Introduction to product and fragrance functionalfundamentals including vocabulary
