Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various family court proceedings
• Provide oversight and direction to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
• Excel in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• Handle OFP (Order for Protection) and HRO (Harassment Restraining Order) hearings

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota bar license with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience practicing family law
• Demonstrated expertise in family law matters and regular court appearances
• Strong professional reputation and ethical standards
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, but not required

Compensation

$90,000 - $130,000 yearly
