Responsibilities
- Represent clients in various family court proceedings
- Provide oversight and direction to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
- Excel in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- Handle OFP (Order for Protection) and HRO (Harassment Restraining Order) hearings
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota bar license with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience practicing family law
- Demonstrated expertise in family law matters and regular court appearances
- Strong professional reputation and ethical standards
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred, but not required
Compensation
$90,000 - $130,000 yearly
