We are looking fortechnicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have apositive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seekout solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doingwhat’s right for ourcustomers.
Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limitedto :
- Technicians usetheir knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for ourcustomers
- Continuously build experienceas an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic andforeign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, andhonest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work aspart of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly andeffectively
- Follow and promote our highstandards of safety, cleanliness, andorganization
- Work closely with the servicedepartment and effectively communicate customerconcerns
- Work together with otherTechnicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliverdistinguished results
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Positiveattitude and a desire to serve customers
- 3+years of experience as an automotivetechnician / mechanic
- ASE Certificationspreferred, or a plan to achieve
- Capable ofdiagnosing and repairing all makes / models ofvehicles
- Meet or exceed hourlygoals
- Aptitude for learning additional skillsand processes
- Professional appearance andstrong communication
- A desire for long-termcareerdevelopment
PhysicalRequirements :
- Occasionallylift and / or move over 100 pounds
- Be able towork with tools on vehicles lifted above theirhead
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by thevehicle’s needed repair
- Have the neededdexterity in order to efficiently use handtools
- Walk / stand for the majority of theirworkday
- Drive manual transmissionsvehicles
- Efficiently navigate acomputer
