SUMMARY
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for selling service, parts, and rental to accounts within their assigned territory.
The Customer Service Representative is also the liaison between the customer and MHI’s parts, service, and rental departments, and therefore plays a key role in customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with new accounts until they mature.
What You'll Do :
- Call on new customers in the assigned territory to attain new business.
- Complete the new customer set up with new accounts.
- Promote and sell Parts (forks, tires, pallet jacks, consignment cabinets, and ship direct parts.), Service , and Short-Term Rentals to customers within assigned territory to grow PSR sales in new accounts.
- Communicate and share information with the Territory Manager regarding customer equipment needs including new / used / allied opportunities.
- Log detailed call reports, track opportunities that are opened and sales that are closed, while maintaining accurate customer account information in CRM.

- Great written and verbal communication skills (position requires significant face to face time with both customers and fellow employees).
- High energy, ambition, and hustle to grow the customer base within the territory.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- General knowledge of maintenance functions.

- College degree preferred but not required.
- 2 5 years of proven sales experience is preferred.
