Job Description : Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Douglasville, Georgia area.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating munication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
- Experience with implementing and conducting IEPs is preferred but not required
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility to obtain.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
Responsibilities :
- Conduct prehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive-munication, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve speech and language skills, as well as swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and prehensive patient care.
