The Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking for an on-site Information Technology (IT) Manager whowill be responsible for Information Technology issues, products and services in adherence to Company Guidelines in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Classification : Full-Time
Schedule : Fully on-site position, Monday-Friday. Must have flexibility to work weekends as needed
Hourly Rate : $30.50 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Ideal candidate :
- Minimum Two(2)yearsofprofessionalworkexperienceinTechnologyorarelatedfield required
- Bachelor’sDegree,orAssociate’sDegreeplus6+yearsofTechnologyrelatedexperience,orHighSchool Degree / GEDplus12+yearsofTechnologyrelatedexperience
- 1-3yearsmanagingpeopleor teams
- ExperienceadministeringnetworksinaWindowsServerandworkstationenvironment
- Knowledgeofnetworkinfrastructure,includingcabling,wirelessnetworks,networkswitches, WAN / LAN, domain controller, Active Directory, firewall, and VPN
- Experience with these Hospitality related applications and systems : Property Management Systems, PointOfSalesSystems(F&B,spa,parking,etc.

WhatwillIbedoing?
- Responsible for following project plans under the direction of the Director of IT to ensure the implementation and upgrades of major systems are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide IT leadership to the property including effectively communicating, managing and delivering IT Systems and procedures that comply with Corporate and Brand IT standards.
- Support the hotel through the use of business solutions using Technology including installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training and assistance as required.
- Responsible for leading and participating in various technology projects, such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring that the implementation and upgrades of major systems are completed on time and within budget, with minimal impact on hotel operation by providing end-user training, support, and assistance.

- ManagingthesupportcallsinitiatedbyHTSCorvendorsforsystemsandapplicationsnotsupportedby HSC Serving as onsite point of contact for HTSC or vendors
TechnicalLeadership
- EnsuringHiltontechnicalstandardisimplementedinregionalproperties
- Evaluatingpropertyneedsandtechnologysolutionstoimproveprofit,operations,andguestexperience
- Preparingastatusreportofalltechnicalandoperationalactivities
