About the Role :

The ProCare CONNECT program uses the OnTrack hybrid curriculum, which combines 45 hours of online, on-demand learning with 30 hours of in-person (or virtual) lab and clinical instruction. As the RN Trainer, you will :

• Facilitate lab and / or clinical sessions
• Demonstrate and coach essential skills
• Mentor, support, and inspire learners
• Promote quality care through education and compassion

Every day, you'll help prepare new employees to become Nursing Assistants, making a real difference not only in their lives but also in the quality of care provided in nursing homes across the metro area.

Wage : Staring at $38.00 / hour
