Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to handle customer accounts and provide solutions remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from customers and process payments on accounts

Manage customer accounts by sending invoices and setting up autopay

Maintain compliance with FDCPA and assist management with special projects

Required Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA degree preferred

Internet speed of at least 10 MBPS download and 5 MBPS upload

Call Center or Collections experience preferred
