Job Title : Account Executive
We are seeking a dynamic andresultsdriven Account Executive tojoin our Flxpoint sales team. Thisrole is pivotal in driving our business growth by engaging withprospects understanding their unique needs and demonstrating howFlxpoint can add value to their business.
KeyResponsibilities :
Inbound Response andQualification : Promptly respond to inbound demorequests. Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect requirementsand ensure a good fit before proceeding to the demostage.
Demo Hosting andCustomization : Lead engaging and informative demosof Flxpoint software. Tailor each presentation to address thespecific needs and challenges of the prospects business.
SolutionOriented Selling : Apply a consultative sales approach to offer Flxpoint solutionsthat meet the unique challenges faced by each prospect.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with prospects. Provide timely andrelevant followups to keep Flxpoint topofmind and increase thelikelihood of deal closure.
SalesStrategy and Reporting : Collaborate with the salesteam to refine sales strategies. Regularly report on salesactivities and pipeline status to management.
Deep Product Knowledge : Stayupdated with product advancements ensuring that you can offerindepth insights and address intricate productrelatedquestions.
IntegrationConsulting : Work with our Solutions Architect todesign and illustrate integration diagrams ensuring that theFlxpoint platform will integrate with thirdparty systems andplatforms.
Provide recommendations on best practices andoptimization strategies.
Requirements :
- C2 English Level.
- Provenexperience in SaaS sales customer success or account management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experiment building and sourcing your own pipeline withcold calling (though not the main component youll also be coldcalling).
- Strong ability to understand andarticulate technical concepts.
- Experience withCRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpacedenvironment.
- A track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets. (Consistent top 10% performer)
