New Ridge Brewing Co. is a full-scale brewery and restaurant in the heart of Roxborough, PA. We feature house made beer, eloquent pub food, and local wines and spirits.
We provide an approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, and beer-forward style of true hospitality, while pushing the envelope of creativity and excellence in our neighborhood.
We are currently seeking an hourly employee to fulfill a Line Cook position. The ideal candidate will be inherently passionate about producing the highest level of upscale pub food.
Our menu is built around strong relationships with local purveyors, using quality seasonal ingredients. Our kitchen crew is built on teamwork and flexibility;
prep, line work, dish, and other BOH tasks are everyone's responsibilities!
This position has extensive opportunity for professional culinary growth as New Ridge Brewing continues to expand its operations.
