Job Description

Lead high-end residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and teams while delivering top-tier results.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of luxury projects
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
  • Deliver projects that exceed client expectations

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • PMP or other relevant certifications a plus
