Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and assess disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy, track student progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Partner with educators, parents, and school staff to support effective communication strategies.
- Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and actively participate in team planning sessions.
- Advocate for students, stay updated on industry developments, and engage in ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications :
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Oregon Teaching Certification optional
- OregonSLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast / reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks / tablets permitted
