Genesis House is located in Manhattan’s vibrant Meatpacking District and is an award-winning cultural and hospitality space that redefines the automotive showroom experience. With three stunning levels featuring curated Genesis vehicles, fine dining, a Korean tea pavilion, a rare book library, and dynamic event spaces, it serves as a destination for creativity and connection.

We’re looking for a Temporary Event Coordinator to assist our team in producing exceptional events at Genesis House. This project-based role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on event work, thrive under pressure, and are eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Hourly Rate : $35 –$45 / hr. (W2)

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Event Producer and production team with planning, logistics, and event execution
  • Coordinate vendors, deliveries, and on-site setup
  • Maintain event timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Communicate with clients and partners to ensure all details are handled smoothly
  • Oversee floor plans, guest flow, and brand presentation during activations
  • Provide administrative and operational support before, during, and after events
  • Represent the Genesis brand professionally and contribute to an exceptional guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in event coordination, hospitality, or premium retail environments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
