Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Home Infusion Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized infusion therapy to patients in their homes.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring our patients receive high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities :
- Travel to patients' homes to administer infusion therapy.
- Assess patient health and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions.
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy and self-care techniques.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Requirements :
- Valid California nursing license (RN).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in infusion therapy or home health care preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
