Position Overview

K18 is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented graphic designer who is a creative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A successful candidate should have the ability to lead themselves, be highly creative, and have a flair for modern graphic design.

K18 is looking for a talented designer with a well-rounded background experienced in both print and digital media with technical proficiency and a detailed eye to execute deliverables flawlessly.

This person will be responsible for executing a range of assets including, but not limited to marketing collateral, presentations, POS displays, large format event graphics, image retouching, and web assets including, but not limited to emails, homepage updates, ads, and social media posts.

This position will also have the opportunity to assist with packaging and other brand assets as needed for the different departments including marketing, sales, product development, and e-commerce.

The candidate will manage sign-off and approvals with stakeholders of all projects assigned to them before finalizing creative and preparing assets for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and execute a wide range of projects and media to develop innovative designs for all brand expressions.
• Support creative team in executing assets for retail, e-commerce, distributor, and other third-party channels as well as internal needs.
• Develop multiple solutions per project assignment.
• Gather the needs and objectives of each assignment and take feedback to execute revisions accordingly.
• Ensure all design elements, templates, and finished solutions meet the requirements of all retail, digital, and print guidelines.
• Create beautiful, pixel-perfect designs.
• Understand and adhere to branded style guides and implement designs accordingly.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented and help maintain an organized file structure.
• Continually develop new ideas and explore concepts for creative execution.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team and partners throughout the business. Regularly presents work to these teams.
• Stay on top of beauty industry, fashion, and e-commerce trends and competition.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in professional graphic design
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects at a time within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Experience using Google Workspace : Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Desire to continue building skillset with education and training
• Must be able to work cooperatively with others and perform other job-related duties when assigned
• In-house experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus.

Salary Range

$75,000 $85,000 USD

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as : experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
