Job Description :

As an Automotive Technician at Miracle Automotive Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continued performance and safety of our customers' vehicles.

You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and the latest technology to provide a wide range of repair and maintenance services.

Your responsibilities will include :

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid changes, and filter replacements.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify complex issues and provide accurate repair recommendations to customers.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Keep up to date with industry advancements and continuously improve your technical skills through training and development opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of formal automotive training program preferred.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and diagnostic procedures.

Preferred but not required)

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
