Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ATM Operations Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful implementation, operation, and optimization of our ATM network.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, operations, and financial technology, with a focus on ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of our ATM infrastructure.

ATM Network Optimization :
- Implement strategies to optimize the performance and efficiency of the ATM network.
- Analyze transaction data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Work closely with vendors to implement software and hardware upgrades.
Compliance and Security :
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the security team to implement and enhance security measures for ATM transactions.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Vendor Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ATM vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing structures.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Financial Management :
- Develop and manage budgets related to ATM operations and projects.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving initiatives where possible.
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior management.
Training and Documentation :
- Develop and deliver training programs for operational staff on ATM procedures and troubleshooting.
