Salary & Benefits

The Role
- Reporting directly to the Project Manager
- Compile and document detailed structural reports
- Develop strong relationships with all clients
- Manage sub-contractors
- Liaise closely with local authorities
- Provide detailed cost analysis for a project
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Stand in for the Project Manager as and when required
- Recommend service upgrades and improvements for the business
- Produce monthly and annual reports for the BOD
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years professional working experience
- Hold a degree in Architecture
- Hold supplementary professional qualifications
- Experienced and confident on all relevant documentation
- Strong understanding of building materials
- Proficient on all related software suites
- Creative and innovative persona
- A natural leader and strong asset to the company
- Effective communicator in all settings
