As Principal, Regional Planning & Strategy you will play a pivotal role on the Strategic & Operations Planning team within the Regional division. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to shape the future of regional planning and strategy while developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive American Airline's success.

Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, operations research)
5 years of airline experience, with a focus on planning, strategy, or operations
Preferred Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience
Experience working with regional carriers
Knowledge of airline operations, finance, and planning
Experience with data analysis and modeling tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Strong business acumen
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with data analysis and modeling tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau)
