Located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, just blocks from Petco Park and the San Diego Convention Center, Margaritaville features 235 guest rooms as well as signature Margaritaville food and beverage concepts.

LandShark Bar & Grill is our 3 meal restaurant with garage style doors opening to the corners of 6

and J St. Serving guest favorites like the signature LandShark burger, fish sandwiches, tacos, and fresh salads, LandShark puts a contemporary twist on classic American beach fare.

Coastal-inspired menus, live music, and views of downtown San Diego complete the breezy beach bar vibe.

5 o’Clock Somewhere, the largest downtown rooftop pool space with a hip lounge and dining area boasting live entertainment 5-7 days a week.

The venue features 168 seats 18 at the bar, and 150 seats with tables. On the poolside, there will be 42 pool chairs, including day beds and cabanas.

The Coffee & Retail Associate assists customers with purchases, helping them locate and decide on needed items; checks shelves and processes inventory.

Operates cash register and credit card machine to take money and make change. This position wraps and bags merchandise, and maintains store in a near, attractive manner

Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and / or holidays

Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Must have Food Handlers San Diego Certification upon hire

Must have RBS (Responsible Beverage Server) San Diego Certification upon hire
