Position : Data Entry Specialist

Location : Gresham, OR 97230

Duration : 5+ months, with possible extension

Pay rate : $16-18.00 / hr on W2

JOB SUMMARY :

Key job responsibilities (Duties) :

• Operates a data entry terminal with speed and accuracy for a variety of data processing applications in a high-volume operation.
• Inputs a high volume of information into computer files, databases, or systems.
• Proofreads and verifies information keyed.
• Processes information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintains filing systems and departmental records.
• May perform other clerical duties as directed.
• Review documents, attend daily huddles, engage in training, ask questions when direction is not clear and escalate issues not already covered.

Required Experience :

• MS Office applications and Attention to Detail
• Candidates must have loan documentation experience
• Preferred Skills : Commercial Loan experience, knowledge of commercial loan documentation, knowledge of Real Estate
• High School Graduate
