REMOTE MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Overview :

Pay : $45.00 - 55.00 per hour (DOE) Fully Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC)

Schedule : 3 pm - 9 pm CDT ( 10-20 hours per week, depending on state licensure) Part-time

Our innovative telehealth model offers the perfect balance between professional growth and personal life with group hours from 3 PM - 9 PM CDT Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities :

• Primary responsibilities include individual and family therapy, curating individualized treatment plans, reviewing outcomes, and completing concurrent review notes
• Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
• Conduct intake assessments for new clients, as needed
• Lead IOP group sessions, as needed
• Work alongside colleagues who value empathy, trust, service, growth, and results

Qualifications :

• Fully licensed within the State of Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT)
• Experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities is preferred.
• Well versed in DBT, TF-CBT and / or ERP and confident integrating them into your treatment approach
• Ability to work within a collaborative team environment alongside other care providers.
• Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults
• Experience delivering therapy over video strongly desired
• Ability to work between 10-20 hours per week during program hours
