TITLE : Warehouse Operations - Retail Merchandiser Pay Rate : $14.50 / hr 18.90 / hr based on applicable skillset and experience.
- Reviews order paperwork to determine product requirements.
- Pulls the correct product from inventory and packs it into appropriate boxes. Applies labels to boxes and prepares manifests.
Transfers completed orders to the appropriate location using a wheeled cart or pallet jack.
- Review picking location(s) to coordinate overstock picks with material handler.
- Reviews completed orders to verify accuracy.
- Create and apply shipping labels using Log Pro.
- Process physical returns of items to the appropriate shelving location.
- Help facilitate cycle counts quarterly and when requested.
- Replenishes shelving with product and communicates changes.
- Performs a variety of transactions in E1 and Log Pro; Enters data to produce labels, retrieves inventory data.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results minimizing waste.
- Operate a pallet jack, shrink wrap and banding machines.
- Build pallets, weigh and apply shrink wrap and shipping labels in preparation for shipment.
- Assist with loading pallets on trucks using a Pallet Jack.
- Ensures that work and product meet quality standards.
- Complete audits for packaged and palletized shipments.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to supervisor.

Summary :
Assembles custom cabinet assortments per customer specifications and is responsible for the order processing, packing, labeling, and shipping of product via parcel or LTL freight.
Essential Functions :
Assembly
- Carefully reviews a unique customer designed Plan-o-gram and retail labels for preparation of the assembly of cabinet drawers and inserts.
- Apply labels to all assigned display drawers and inserts following the Plan-o-gram.
- Divide cabinet drawers and inserts according to the standard Hillman fastener divider layout.
- Fill cabinet drawers and inserts with product according to Retail Labels and Plan-o-gram.
- Pick inventory and build fixture displays for LNS and Key programs.
- Pick, pack, and stage assembled displays for shipment.
- Meets required daily productivity standards.

Education / Experience :
High School diploma or GED equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications :
- One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills : Ability to learn and use in-house software applications.
- Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions.
- Able to operate a pallet jack and banding machine.
- Ability to lift or move heavy products up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Effectively communicates within the team to solve problems.
