Job Overview :

As an Account Executive at Kinect, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the company’s growth. This position focuses primarily on business development, with additional responsibilities in account management.

You'll be responsible for securing new clients, strengthening ongoing relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Identify and pursue potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand our client base.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Kinect’s services and forge new relationships.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual meetings to pitch to prospective clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.

Account Management :

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering customized recruitment solutions.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of services that meet client expectations.
  • Track and report on account performance, including client feedback, placements, and revenue.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and account management, within complex sales environments such as recruiting & staffing, software sales, or other professional services industries.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM systems is a plus.
