The Position

This Fulltime, In-Office position is needing to be filled immediately.

We are searching for a Front End Medical Assistant or Medical Receptionist that is driven to advance in her career and passionate about our cause.

Our team is a group of powerful women and our goal is to reach as many other women (and men) as possible and let them know that "It's not your fault.

It's your hormones!" At Silk Life we specialize in treating the root cause of a slow metabolism (hormone imbalance, vitamin deficiency, age related changes and lifestyle choices) and we help our patients reach their ideal weight and other health goals quickly and permanently.

We work with Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy (BHRT), Peptide Therapies, Custom Vitamin Therapy and Medical Weight loss Therapies.

The right candidate will be interested in becoming well educated in this field and excited to share their knowledge with our patients.

Experience as a Medical Assistant and / or Medical Receptionist and high level customer service is ideal. Most important is your communication skills, your drive for success and attention to detail.

We are a small of 7, but we are growing quickly. That means if you are amazing at your job there will be plenty of room to advance in the company.

In this position you will be working under the supervision of the owner and office manager, but drive to work and problem solve independently is a must.

Responsibilities

This position is to provide the an enjoyable seamless experience to our clients. Your role will be to help patients feel excited to take the next step and to look forward to their interactions with Silk Life.

This is an important part of growing our business, keeping patients and making a difference in more lives.

• Opening and closing the office / creating and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Speaking with patients by phone, email and text. Educating them on what we offer and directing patient requests or concerns.
• Scheduling and rescheduling patients correctly.
• Preparing patients with proper paperwork and preparing required documents.
• Checking patients in / out
• Assisting with medication pick ups.
• Scheduling and managing calendars.
• Taking notes in EMR with exceptional attention to detail
• Managing payments, collecting late payments and confirming patients are charged correctly.
• Respond to client emails and chat messages.

I take that information and create medical weight loss treatment plans specific to our patient's biology. I offer blood draws and lab reviews across the U.

S. as a health coach and offer Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and Medical Weight Loss prescription treatments.

We see some patients in office and are transitioning to seeing most of our patients online. I love helping our clients lose weight, gain energy and feel amazing.
