In this team, you'll use your skills in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and system design to handle scaling issues.

We value diversity, curiosity, problem-solving, teamwork, and independence. As a Technical Lead Manager, you'll lead a group of software / system engineers.

You'll provide technical leadership, build a robust team, and establish efficient processes, all the while focusing on top-quality engineering.

Regular interaction with other teams and our users will be a key part of your role. Responsibilities- Hire and lead a team of 8-12 engineers to design, develop, and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure.

• Give technical leadership and support to your team and stakeholders.- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders in areas like Advertising, Machine Learning, and E-commerce.
• Promote innovative practices in the team, introducing new ideas and cutting-edge technologies.Qualifications- A minimum of three years of experience hiring and managing teams of eight or more engineers.
• Minimum of seven years of work experience in software development or SRE, particularly in the design, building, scaling, and troubleshooting of cloud systems.
• Solid hands-on experience and understanding of system architecture and performance bottlenecks in at least one of these areas : Database (SQL / Non-SQL), Kubernetes, or Big Data processing and storage systems, for both streaming and batch scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in collaborating with various stakeholders like development teams, product teams, data scientists, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications- Proven leadership skills with a track record of leading initiatives to automate tasks and improve efficiency and quality.

Demonstrable experience in cost management and optimization, supported by a record of data-driven decision making and process improvement.
