- Maintain customer information and confidential documents.
- Assist sales team with new product launches and promotions.
Skills :
- Proficiency in market analysis to understand customer needs
- Ability to analyze data to improve customer service processes
- Fluency in Spanish for assisting Spanish-speaking customers
- Strong negotiation skills to handle customer requests effectively
