- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP projects, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Lead a team of SAP testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing test deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and business needs.
- Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and ensure timely and effective communication of testing results and status updates.
- Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies, and standards.
- Stay updated on SAP technologies, industry trends, and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Total years of experience 8-10 similar activities. Added advantage SAP Digital & Entertainment.
- Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or similar role, with hands-on experience in testing SAP modules and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.
- Expertise in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Client ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications :
- Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) or Testing (e.g., ISTQB certification).
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP (e.g., SAP CBTA, UFT, Selenium).
- Experience in agile or DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP integration technologies.
