At Rezilient, we’re reimagining how primary and specialty care are delivered, making them more accessible, connected, and patient-centered than ever before. Through our hybrid CloudClinic model, we bring together in-person Medics and Care Teams with virtual Providers to deliver timely, tech-enabled care. By removing barriers to access and creating seamless integration between physical and digital care, we’re building a healthcare experience that’s as modern and data-driven as it is personal and human.

We’re seeking a highly motivated Health System Implementation Project Manager to lead customer onboarding, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic growth across our partnerships. This role blends project management, technical implementation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination of health system launches, manage implementation reporting, and ensure seamless go-lives while navigating complex clinical and operational environments.

If you're passionate about healthcare innovation and thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments that demand clarity, collaboration, and structure, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Rezilient’s hybrid care delivery model.

  • Collaborate across Clinical, Engineering, and Operations to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
  • Proactively identify issues or roadblocks, formulate solutions, and drive swift resolution with clear communication and ownership.
  • Maintain visibility across all implementation projects and provide structured updates to leadership.
  • Technical & Data Integration

  • Coordinate technical requirements, data exchanges, and testing activities with engineering and data teams.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and post-launch support plans.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports tracking implementation progress, partner satisfaction, and go-live readiness.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and surface insights that improve implementation efficiency and partner experience.
  • Support the evolution of standardized implementation frameworks, documentation, and playbooks to scale future health system launches.
