Overview Lutron is seeking a resourceful customer-oriented professional to join the Commercial Projects & Services Team as a Customer Service Representative at Lutron's Global Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA.

As part of the CPS team, you will have the opportunity to assist commercial customers and help with managing commercial project orders from start to finish.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about Lutron’s commercial business and to be the coordinator between project managers, rep agencies, and end user customers.

You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen customer relationships and make a long-lasting positive impact on Lutron’s commercial business.

Responsibilities In this role, you will interact with both external commercial customers (ex : reps, distributors, and end user customers) and internal commercial teams (ex : commercial project managers (PM’s), quotes teams, commercial reps and onsite service techs) to provide support for commercial jobs from quote to delivery to ensure we are meeting our customer's needs by embodying Lutron's first principle, "Take Care of the Customer".

This includes : Entering commercial project orders, reviewing order holds, managing order ship dates, processing product returns, and replacement part requests in an urgent and timely manner Managing and prioritizing project deadlines Communicating priority jobs throughout the organization Triaging customer issues appropriately to ensure the best department is involved early in the first interaction Utilize strong customer service and decision-making skills to find resolutions to difficult challenges Qualifications Associate's degree (required) or Bachelor's degree (preferred) with minimum 2.

8 GPA 0 - 3 years customer facing experience Must be located within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule Lutron Electronics’ position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
