About the Role
As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to children in the comfort of their own homes.
This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with families and healthcare teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to children with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in pediatric home care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need :
- A current, valid RN or LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with medically fragile children, preferably in a home health setting
