JobSummary :

We are seeking amotivated and customerfocused Call Center Representative to joinour dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle inbound andoutbound calls providing excellent customer service resolvingissues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role is pivotal inmaintaining customer relationships and supporting ourcompany’s reputation.

KeyResponsibilities :

Handle InboundCalls :

  • Answerincoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Address customer inquiries complaints and technicalissues efficiently.
  • Provide accurateinformation about products services and policies.

ConductOutbound Calls :

  • Makeoutbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries andfeedback.
  • Reach out to potential customers topromote products or services.
  • Conduct surveysand gather customer feedback for quality improvement.

CustomerIssue Resolution :

  • Resolve customer issues by clarifying problemsresearching answers and guiding customers through correctivesteps.
  • Escalate unresolved issues toappropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.

DataEntry and Documentation :

  • Accurately document all customer interactions andtransactions in the company database.
  • Maintainand update customer records with detailed notes on interactions andoutcomes.

Product Knowledge :

  • Stay informed about company products servicesand promotions.
  • Provide customers withrelevant and uptodate information.

QualityAssurance :

  • Followcompany protocols and guidelines to ensure highquality servicedelivery.
  • Participate in training sessions andongoing skill development.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalentrequired; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreepreferred.

  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Strongproblemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience andprofessionalism.
  • Proficiency in usingcomputers and office software including MS Office Suite.
