Job Description :

Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from conception to execution.
• Employ diverse search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job postings.
• Manage the interview, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Facilitate employment-related inquiries and processes.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring to complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.

What You'll Need :

• Positive, proactive attitude
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (Required)
• 2+ years of HR and recruiting experience (Preferred)
• Mission-driven mindset with a focus on achieving HR goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and a reputation for trustworthiness
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
