Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical issues for a variety of equipment and processes
- Installation of new equipment
- Preventative maintenance activities
- Working with outside vendors
- Monitoring environmental / pest control needs
- Assisting in capital improvements as needed
- Eagerness to work safe, anticipate repairs, and troubleshoot emergent issues
Requirements
Qualifications / Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in grain handling or industrial setting, automation, basic electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, fabrication, and gear box rebuilding
- Experience maintaining automated machinery is preferred
- Proficient computer skills
