Equity Experts is a local, hyper-growing company looking to add a driven and professional Account Manager / Client Service Specialist to our team.

The person will work with clients who have questions, concerns, or require information about the services provided by Equity Experts and provide solutions that fit those individualized situations while prioritizing the customers' needs at each step.

The person will also serve as the interface between the client services department and the sales team at Equity Experts.

By developing and nurturing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, the person will liaise between the clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the client's needs.

While managing and developing client accounts, a successful Account Manager / Customer Service Specialist will be able to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients and grow their portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
  • Accountable for client operational items
  • Client retention
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
  • Liaise between the clients and internal sales, marketing, and relations teams
  • Responsible for working with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Flexible schedule that will support occasional client calls until 10 pm to serve our West Coast clients.

Requirements

Education

Associated Degree or BA in a Related Field is required

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in customer service is a plus
  • Familiarity with condo / HOA management is a plus
  • Previous experience in a law office, title agency, property management, etc. is a bonus
  • Will consider strong applicants with limited experience who are willing to learn skills
