We currently have an excellent opportunity for a part-time Dispatcher to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls within a busy office
- Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs
- Enter customer data into the computer
- Respond in a timely fashion to customer queries
- Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and / or advanced training / education
- One or more years of experience as a dispatcher
- Availability to work Monday Thursday 3 : 00 p.m. - 9 : 00 p.m. and Sunday 7 : 30 - 4 : 00 p.m.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
- Demonstrated listening, written / verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals
- Excellent customer service skills and experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of the local geographic territory
