Summary : Seeking experienced RF Engineers to lead and coordinate RF testing for space hardware projects.

Job Requirements :

B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field

Minimum of 10+ years industry / related experience (Master's or PhD may substitute for 2 years)

Hands-on experience in space-related environments

Experience assembling / testing space hardware

Proficiency in writing test documentation and leading project stage-gate meetings

Preferred Skills :

Testing antennas / microwave communication systems

Background in composites design and manufacturing

Familiarity with NASA / SMC standards

CAD design and fabrication skills

Experience with structural / metrology test methods

Proficiency with manual / electronic test equipment

Job Responsibilities :

Develop / manage flight hardware test documents from concept to execution

Collaborate with Systems Engineering team to develop test requirements / methods

Interface with customers to negotiate test requirements and report progress

Represent test engineering at program milestones and reviews

Plan / perform RF performance / environmental testing of hardware

Improve in-house test capabilities and collaborate across business units

Lead team of test engineers on complex projects independently

Pay : 53-74

Pay Details : $53.00 to $74.00 per hour
