Responsibilities
- Lead and guide your team to enhance their sales performance and assist them in their professional development
- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation initiatives to support company growth
- Develop and present comprehensive sales reports to evaluate sales efforts, track progress, and strategize future goals
- Create personalized sales plans for each sales representative, establish individual sales targets, assign territories, and conduct ongoing training sessions for team success
- Define sales strategies and objectives to achieve set sales goals effectively
- Establish clear targets and goals for the sales team to ensure alignment with overall objectives
- Support the growth of the sales staff through coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback
- Monitor and assess the progress of each team member, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement necessary actions
- Collaborate with other team leaders to streamline operations and optimize overall sales performance
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Qualifications
- Roofing or Insurance Restoration Sales
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or similar environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire team members
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
