Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.
We seek to hire full time Licensed Practical Nurses ( LPNs) t o join our team at Eastern Correctional Institution located in Westover, Maryland.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Pay rate ranges from $35 - $42 per hour, depending on experience!
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift : full time night shift 3 X 12 hour shifts, rotating weekends
