Responsibilities
- Maintenance and Servicing of insurance policies
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Return all phone messages promptly.
- Processing insurance payments
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a MUST
- A property & Casualty insurance license is preferred or willing to be licensed
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products

- Must have the ability to multitask.
