Position Summary : nPerforms initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Establishes a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. n nShift : Day shift, 8 hours shift with rotating on-call nRN- Associates required / BSN or higher preferred nArizona Registered Nurse License or compact license required on hire.
nMinimum 2 years RN experience in a general OR nACLS required upon hire n
