Client is 92 years old who lives in Lake Forest with her husband. She has severe dementia who loves being around her family.
She enjoys watching the food network channel. Family wants someone who can companion her while husband is out running errands.
Services are as follow but not limited to :
Uses a walker, stand by assist( but still allowing her to be independent)
meal preparations
laundry
washing / drying dishes
light exercises
companionship
