Summary :
Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery. Serve as liaison between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
Ensure that team members understand project objectives. Maintain product backlog and release plan and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.
Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.
Recognized as a subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional. Requires specialized skill set.
Conducts highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment.
Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree or certification
8+ years of relevant experience with a degree
10+ years of relevant experience without a degree

Job Summary
Lead development and launch of new products and enhancements focused on customer needs and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to continuously improve the consumer journey by identifying pain points and implementing solutions that enhance consumer satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as an SME displaying knowledge and understanding of healthcare operations, market issues, healthcare technology, impacts, and opportunities within the market.
Manage the day-to-day deliverables, stakeholder communications, and timelines, ensuring planned development outcomes are achieved.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer experience and healthcare operations.
Qualifications :
BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree
